General Terms
Cruise cabin must be booked in a junior suite, junior suite equivalent or higher to be eligible for this offer. Applies to new bookings only. Limit two EuropebyAir Flight Passes per cabin, per booking. Single occupancy cabins are eligible for one EuropebyAir Flight Pass. Cruise fare, taxes and fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at time of booking. Cruise must be booked on a Virtuoso member cruise line. Cruise must begin or terminate within Europe, and must be a minimum of 7 consecutive nights in length. Flight Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Not valid on EuropebyAir Flight Pass Premium routes. Value of EuropebyAir Flight Pass will not exceed current EuropebyAir Flight Pass value at time of booking. Should EuropebyAir Flight Pass route prices change prior to cruise departure, cruise purchaser is solely responsible for difference in fare. All fares and offers are subject to availability, may not be combinable with other offers, are capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. Distinctive Escapes Inc. reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to change any and all fares, fees, and surcharges at any time.
Reservations
Your Flight Pass travel reservations must be completed through Distinctive Escapes Inc., must be made in advance prior to your departure for Europe and are subject to available booking class.
Valid Routes
Europe by Air Flight Passes can be used on any of the participating carrier's valid routes within Europe with the exception of EuropebyAir Flight Pass Premium routes. The current List of Cities served can be downloaded or viewed below the map at www.europebyair.com/map.
Airport Taxes/Fees
Fare does not include airport taxes/fees (except for Eurostar (Paris - London - Brussels) as no taxes apply for trains). Taxes/Fees will be collected by the airline at the time of departure. The amount of fees and taxes vary by airport and constantly change because of currency conversion rates.
Valid Dates
EuropebyAir Flight Passes are valid for 30 days prior to embarkation to 30 days after disembarkation but must be used in conjunction with cruise purchased as part of this promotion.
No Refunds/Value
EuropebyAir Flight Passes are non transferable. Lost, stolen, or unused tickets are not refundable, so be sure to keep them with your passport in a safe place. Insurance is available and strongly recommended. Value of EuropebyAir Flight Passes will not exceed current EuropebyAir Flight Pass value at time of booking. Should EuropebyAir Flight Pass route prices change prior to cruise departure, cruise purchaser is solely responsible for difference in fare.
Residence
EuropebyAir Flight Passes are available only to non-European residents. The name on your EuropebyAir Flight Pass must match the name on your passport.
Baggage
Baggage allowance varies by airline. We strongly recommend you check your baggage allowance prior to departure.
Reconfirmation
EuropebyAir FlightPass holders are required to reconfirm with the airline; flight times, numbers and dates 72 hours before the flight.
Responsibility of Passenger
The passenger is responsible for confirming the information given by EuropebyAir and/or Distinctive Escapes Inc. in connection with the cruise and air booking as well as in connection with the confirmation of the order the passenger receives. The passenger also has the responsibility to pay attention to all possible changes that EuropebyAir and/or Distinctive Escapes Inc. sends by email or other means to the address (physical or electronic) given by the passenger. The passenger who has purchased the cruise and made flight reservations is responsible for confirming the schedule of the flight 72 hours prior to departure, with the airline directly.
